More! More! More! All they want is more! First they want a new government. Next they want suffrage. And now they want blood. Yet, ourselves, the Royal Family, is blamed for such malicious occurrences. The Royal Family; we had a functioning government; but no. These filthy, blood-thirsty mobs breakout into battle, and next make accusations such as calling us unreasonable. Their actions are inexcusable and causing chaos, therefore they only have themselves to blame. And these violent actions can only be controlled to a certain extent. Thus do not mock us if we flee. They have ruthlessly taken the lives of priests, nobles, and many more. Soon enough they will realize that they need us. A government in which peasants are represented as much as nobles is no government built to last. They have already taken so much from this Royal Family but now they want more? They say that they will kill my husband, King Louis, but I doubt they could ever execute someone as powerful as him. If these crazed French citizens want a compromise, one can be negotiated, but our blood? They will never get our blood.

ReplyDeleteWe are looking for equality within society. All citizens of France should pay taxes, and be effected by laws, the same as the everyone else. We are not afraid to fight for these rights anymore. If that means blood will be spilt in the streets of Paris, then so be it! We will not rest, we will not surrender, and we will not show any mercy until a new government is established. That includes the demise of the monarchy.
This 3rd estate taking control is madness. Every day we hear and see hundreds or innocent nobles, priest, clergyman, even other citizens in the 3rd estate who disagree with them. All of us still alive are either captured or hiding to stay alive. We need to try and take control again. The 3rd estate needs to go back to hard working and tax playing, leaving the system untouched and have France go back to the way it was. Too many people are dying, and somehow the higher estates need to get a way into power once again.
