Seeing as all humans are born corrupt, we need all the security and efficiency we can get. And then of course equality to keep everyone from rebelling. The people are so corrupt that they cant see any benefits in any sort of government. France needs security. Why? Because we need to make the people feel safe but also the government needs to protect itself. France needs efficiency. The problems that occurred before the French Revolution cannot happen again. France needs to manage its money. Taxing the citizens may solve debt but will also cause a whole new problem itself; unhappy people. France also needs to treat its people equal and fair. We don't need anyone else conspiring against the country.
